involving financial strength, insurance coverage, training program
effectiveness and strong operational and financial management at a
highly competitive price.
NSC’s core competency is focused on being the client’s single point of
contact managing the following services:
- Janitorial- Recurring and callout facility cleaning, including
porter-matron service, carpet and resilient floor care and
upholstery cleaning
- Window Cleaning- Exterior and interior, including high-rise
service
- Pest Control- Recurring and callout facility and property
services
- Waste- Recurring and callout services ranging from bins, to
front and rear load dumpster and open tops Recycling- Fibrous
materials, i.e., paper, cardboard, glass, plastic, etc., and lamp
- Landscape- Lawn, plantscape and sprinkler system services, as
well as project work
- Snow Removal- Snow and ice removal services
- Handyman- General preventative and corrective maintenance and
repair services
In concert with our client, NSC takes a holistic approach in managing
facility services ensuring the most cost-effective program in achieving
objective outcomes.
Services are managed to complement and comply with facility and
tenant needs, federal and local mandates and targeted costs.
NSC operates a Customer Support Group (CSG), a consolidation of
dispatch and accounting activities:
- The dispatch element of the CSG receives service requests (by
phone or web-to-web) from the client’s tenant base, catalogs the
service activity and dispatches the work to the assigned service
provider.
- The accounting element of the CSG authenticate service provider
invoices against underlying service agreements and consolidates into
a single client invoice.
- The CSG generate operational and financial reports, formatted to
meet client needs.
